Wuxi Superhuman Gear Cold Extrusion Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, the core region of the Yangtze River Delta with convenient transportation. The company specializes in the R&D, production and sales of gear products.
Our technical team consists of 12 R&D staff including 7 mid-to-senior engineers with over 10 years of experience covering the full gear manufacturing chain: materials science, mold design, precision machining and heat treatment. We are equipped with more than 600 sets of precision equipment: 10 CNC circular saws, 8 vacuum annealing furnaces, 2 bell-type annealing furnaces, 1 phosphating & saponification surface treatment line, over 20 cold extrusion machines, carburizing furnaces for heat treatment, gear testing centers and ZEISS coordinate measuring machines. We obtained IATF16949 quality management system certification in 2004.
Our core products include starter motor one-way clutch gears, seat motor gears, hollow shafts for brake motors, robotic joint gears and UAV reducer gears. We also undertake cold extrusion processing of all types of standard gears and non-standard special-shaped parts.

Our facilities include 20 cold extruders, 4 autocontrol trunk-type multiple carbon potential furnaces, tri-dimensional measuring machines, gear examination centers, Brove sclerometers, metallography microscopes, electric spring dynamometers, magnetic particle inspection machines, and unidirectional durable testing machines. With robotic automatic feeding and reclaiming systems, our assembly lines are fully automated and equipped with misplacement detection functions to guarantee accuracy and efficiency. These state-of-the-art facilities enable us to maintain industry-leading cold extrusion technology, achieve consistent product performance, and meet the demanding requirements of both OEM and aftermarket customers worldwide.
