As the name implies, the decelerating starter is used to decelerate. The decelerator is mainly used to obtain the number of revolutions required by customers. For example, if the mixer is directly connected to the motor, if it is 1450 revolutions per minute, the things will fly. If the reducer is used, reduce the number of revolutions to 50 revolutions per minute, so that it can operate safely and get the revolutions we need.
The general starter has no deceleration function. Compared with the conventional starter, the deceleration starter has lower impact performance on the engine, higher torque, and lower volume and weight. In addition, the decelerating starter has a set of decelerating gears, most of which are planetary gear sets, but also common gears. Compared with the ordinary direct drive starter, the decelerating starter reduces the volume and weight, and increases the torque, so the starting performance is superior to the direct drive starter, especially in winter.
